摘　　要：加强继续教育,是数字出版专业教师自身发展的要求,是数字出版产业实践发展的要求,也是培养复合型数字出版人才的要求。加强数字出版专业教师继续教育,必须加强思想认识,树立终身教育观念;坚持双管齐下,开辟教育路径;注重培训实效,创新教育内容和形式;重视规划,完善教师发展制度,应当将理论研究与教学实践相结合、自我提升与外在培训相结合、国内培训与国外学习相结合。。Strengthening the continuing education is the requirements of teachers＇development, dig- ital publishing industry ＇s practical development, and also cultivating qualified comprehensive digital publishing talents. It~ necessary to reinforce the ideological understanding of continuing education and set up the idea of whole life education, to adhere to walking along both lines, to put emphasis on the training effects and create the form of continuing education, and to improve the system of teachers development. It＇s important to combine researching with practice, to combine self improving with training, and to combine training at home with studying abroad.
