摘 要:为了使掘进机虚拟样机更加接近其实际工作情况,在传统的掘进机建模的基础上,考虑掘进机履带与底板的交互作用,以每块履带板与底板的力学作用为基元建立履带沉陷与压力的关系。在用Adams软件建立的掘进机虚拟样机模型中利用MATLAB语言开发了履带-底板交互力学用子程序并进行仿真,得到考虑和不考虑履带与底板交互作用两种情况下整机受随机载荷作用的质心振动情况和截割头与悬臂连接处的三向载荷。结果表明,掘进机质心存在明显的振动,但履带与底板交互作用对振幅影响不大,但三向力的幅值却分别增大了142%、173%、156%。此模型能真实的反应掘进机的动力学特性。To make virtual prototyping roadheader closer to the actual work, the interaction between the ground and track is considered based on the traditional model of roadheader. The relationship between subsidence and pressure of each track plate and the ground track is estab- hshed. MATLAB language based on this roadheader model is used to create the virtual prototype model developing track-ground mechanical interaction in the Adams software and simulating subroutine to obtain the displacement curve of location of machine center of mass. Then the force of key parts of roadheader cutting head connected with the cantilever is discussed with the three directions of space to get the location of the force curve obtained. The simulation results of the amplitude of the curve were extended by 142%, 173 %, 156%, compared with the traditional model. This model is more realistic response to roadheader in the dynamics.
