摘　　要：公民教育在最近十年作为一个公共与政治话语中明显一致的目标出现在葡萄牙和其他一些欧洲国家的基础教育改革中。当前葡萄牙实施的基础教育课程重组,强调把学校相关性作为公民教育的核心内容和全体教师的共同使命,同时,围绕把公民教育扩展到中等教育的选择和讨论中去。对葡萄牙基础教育演进中的公民教育变革的理性分析有助于我们了解葡萄牙公民教育的愿景。Citizenship education emerged in the last decade as an apparent consensual goal in the public and political discourse about basic education in Portugal as well as in other European countries. The fact that the Curricular Reorganisation currently implemented in Portugal stresses the relevance of the school as a focus of both citizenship and citizenship education and as the common mission of all teachers might help the development of this emancipatory and action-oriented perspective. The rational analysis on the reform of Portugal citizenship education from the perspective of its curricular evolutions in basic education will help us understand the vision of Portugal civic education.
