摘　　要：《说文》谐声系统中蕴含的声符字是上古不同时代选择和积累的结果。同一个声符在不同时代具有不同的构字能力。据考订,《说文》中用来充当声符的汉字将近一半在殷商就已经产生,远高于其它时代的百分之十几的比例。在出现于殷商的这些声符字中将近三分之一在殷商就被选择作为声符使用。Abstract： Phonetic Complement of the homophone system in Shuowen（说文） came from different periods. The Character-building ability of the same phonetic complement is different in different periods. According our study, more than half of the phonetic complements in Shuowen（说文） have already existed in the Shang（商） Dynasty. Only 10%-20% of the phonetic complements were appeared in the other periods. Almost a third part of characters which existed in the Shang（商） Dynasty were largely chosen as phonetic complement at that time.
