摘　　要：近十年来,高职院校的教师团队建设受到学术领域和相关政府部门的广泛关注。本文从高职院校教师团队的内涵、教师团队建设的意义、现状、途径和评价等方面进行了归纳分析,从中发现了某些研究趋势,以期为下一步研究提供有益启示。Teachers＂ team construction in vocational colleges has been attracting attention from academia and related government departments in the past decade. We analyze the connotation of teachers＂ team in vocational colleges, and summarize the meaning, current situation, approach and evaluation of its construction. Based on this, we find some research trend, which may provide more inspiration for further study.
