药学实习实训教学方法改革

摘　　要：应用型人才培养有赖于综合性、创新性实验和实习、实训课程的学习。从教学内容和教学方法两方面阐述实习实训教学改革的体会。"实践基地-反思见习-校本教材"、项目教学法、三步教学法等多元化教学方法的采用,增强了学生的实践动手能力和创造创新能力,激发了学生的学习积极性。Training applied talents depends on the comprehensive and innovative experiments and the study of the training course. This article elaborated the practice educational reform from the teaching content and methods. The ＂practice base-reflection trainee-school-based materials＂ ,project teaching method, and three-step instruction meth- od, not only enhance the students＇ practical ability and innovation ability, but also stimulate the students＇ learning passion.
