摘 要:探讨高校教师工作卷入水平以及对工作绩效的影响,可以为提高高校教师工作绩效水平,进而提高高校教育水平提供理论借鉴,具有重要意义。采用工作卷入及工作绩效量表对185名高校教师进行问卷调查。结果表明:高校教师工作卷入处于中等稍高水平,高级职称的卷入程度显著高于初级和中级职称教师。同时工作卷入与工作绩效有显著正相关,回归分析表明,工作卷入可以显著正向预测工作绩效。本文对此进行了讨论,并据此提出了提高高校教师工作卷入及工作绩效的建议。The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship of job involvement and job competence of college teachers, which can provide enlightenment for developing their job competence. The job involvement scale and job competence scale were administered to 185 teachers in college. Results showed that the level of the teacher job involvement was little above average level. Different groups had significant difference in job involvement. There was close relationship between job involvement and job competence: Significantly positive correlation was discovered among the two. Regression analysis showed job involvement could predict job competence positively. At last, the researchers put forward relevant suggestions.
