校企联合培养高职学生职业精神的具体路径

摘　　要：通过校企联合培养具有职业精神素养的高职学生,既是高职教育的内在要求,也是实现高职院校、合作企业和高职学生未来可持续发展的需要。高职院校应精心统筹校企双方资源,着力有序推进"理论平台、实践平台、文化平台"建设,积极探索符合校企双方实际的高职学生职业精神培养具体路径。To train the occupation spirit quality of vocational college students by cooperation ol college ancl enter prise is not only the internal requirements of higher vocational education, but also the future needs of sustain able development to realize the higher vocational colleges, the cooperative enterprises and the vocational stu dents. Higher vocational colleges should carefully plan for both resource of school and enterprise, exert oneself to orderly advance the construction of ＂theory platform, practice platform, culture platform＂, and actively ex plore the specific path for the actual occupation spirit cultivation of higher vocational students for both college and enterprise.
