摘　　要：三螺旋"校企合作"模式对高校和企业合作具有极强的驱动力,然而在此种模式下的"校企合作"仍存在一些障碍。基于促进高校大学生就业视角,本研究认为高校需要以就业为导向,要明确办学方向,整合学校科研团队资源,创新人才培养模式,拓宽合作渠道,并加强政府的主导地位,逐步形成以"校企合作"促进大学生就业长效机制。This paper analyzes the driving force of the cooperation of universities and three parts of ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂ mode of company. It makes a further analysis of the obstacles of school-enterprise cooperation. This paper in the point of view promotes the employment of college students, defining the employment as a goal of colleges and universities, with government-leading, which integrates schools＇ research team, innovates training model of the talent and expands channels of cooperation. To promote employment by school-enterprise cooperation and to establish the long-term mechanism of employment of college student are the final destination
