铁路高职院校专业布局及优化研究——以湖南铁道职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：目前,铁路高职院校存在专业群不完整、硬件设施不足以及教学资源共享性差等问题,使得铁路高职院校服务行业的能力大打折扣。通过打造对接行业的"核心专业群",构建"主体专业群",均衡发展"辅助专业群",重组"后备专业群"等方式,进行铁路高职院校专业的布局及优化,从而达到提升铁路高职院校服务行业、产业的能力。Currently, problems such as incomplete specialty groups, inadequate school facilities and inefficient teaching resources sharing are seriously hampering these colleges＇ ability of industrial services. The paper holds that ＂core specialty groups＂ should be proposed to match the industrial needs. This means that ＂major specialty groups＂ are under strenuous construction, ＂supplementary specialty groups＂ are in balanced development and ＂supportive specialty groups＂ are under reconstruction in this college, which are aimed at optimizing the specialty distribution of the railway vocational college and improve its ability to serve various industries and trades.
