未来五年改变教育的六大技术及其对国家开放大学建设的启示

摘　　要：国家开放大学要"成为我国教育信息化、教育现代化的引领者和先行先试者",这就要求在国家开放大学建设与运行过程中,密切关注国内外信息技术、教育信息化最新进展,并能够将教育领域的新兴技术应用于国家开放大学的教育教学实践。2012年2月美国新媒体联盟发布了《2012NMC地平线报告(高教版)》。该报告提出了未来五年会影响高等教育发展的六大新兴技术,其中平板电脑、移动应用程序、学习分析技术以及物联网等新兴技术的教育应用值得在今后的国家开放大学建设中深入探索,并可能在未来国家开放大学运行中发挥重大作用。The Open University of China(OUC) has a vision of becoming a leader and pioneer in education informatization and modernization,which requires that its staff especially its leadership pay close attention to the latest progress of ICT and education informatization home and abroad,and apply emerging educational technologies to their teaching and learning practice in the construction of OUC.The NMC Horizon Report: 2012 Higher Education Edition,which was released by the New Media Consortium(NMC) in February 2012,forecasts that six emerging technologies including tablet computing,mobile application,learning analytics,internet of things etc.are likely to be the most influential in higher eduction development.Such technologies shall be explored further so as to serve best OUC construction and management.
