摘　　要：本文首先论述了当前职业教育的繁荣与危机,深入分析了我国行业、企业参与职业教育的积极性不高的原因,并提出了如何构建行会平台,激励行业协会参与职业教育,以促进职业教育的健康快速发展。In this paper, the prosperity and crisis of present vocational education were discussed in the first place, then the reasons why the industries and enterprises in China lack of interests in participating vocational education were analyzed. Finally, methods of constructing the platform of industrial associations and stimulating industrial associations to participate in the vocational education were proposed to speed up the healthy development of the vocational education.
