摘  要:《民事纠纷人民调解》是高职法律事务专业(人民调解员方向)核心技能课。在广泛行业调研和分析基础上,基于能力本位的课程观,以人民调解典型工作任务为载体,设计学习情境,按照职业能力和职业素质培养选取课程教学内容,采用抛锚式教学模式,将教学演变为一个实际操作能力训练体系,从而实现课程教学"任务化、实战化"。"Civil Dispute Mediation" is one of the core -skill courses in the Specialty of Law Affairs ( direction of people' s mediators) in Higher Vocational Colleges. Based on a wide range of industrial investi- gation and analysis, in light of ability - oriented idea and with the typical task of people' s mediators as carti- er, in this course learning situation is to be designed, teaching contents are to be selected in the purpose of training for the occupation ability and quality, the teaching mode of "Anchoring" is to be adopted and the process of teaching is to be evolved as a training system in which practical ability is to be cultivated, thus the teaehin~ of this course can be realized through tasks and real eases.
