摘  要:目的:研究合成聚木糖对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。方法:采用高糖高脂饮食诱导加腹腔注射小剂量STZ的方法建立实验性II型糖尿病动物模型。实验期间,将不同剂量的合成聚木糖添加在饲料中喂饲给模型小鼠,在相应时间采血测定空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOME-β)等指标,并在第4w末进行口服葡萄糖耐量实验。结果:合成聚木糖可有效提高模型小鼠FINS、HOME-β,还可以改善小鼠糖耐量,降低餐后血糖峰值和血糖曲线下降面积,对降低小鼠FBG效果不显著。结论:合成聚木糖能够提高小鼠空腹血清胰岛素含量,改善糖耐量,其机制可能与合成聚木糖能减轻胰岛细胞损害、降低葡萄糖在体内的吸收速率和吸收量有关。Objective: To investigate the hypoglyeemie activity of synthetie polyxylose on diabetes mellitus mice eaused by streptozotocin (STZ). Methods: Kunming mice were injected with STZ after fed by enrich -diet for four weeks to establish diabetic model in mice. During the experimental period, the synthetic polyxylose was added to the feed for diabetic mice. In the corresponding time, the contents of fasting blood glucose (FBG) , fasting insulin (FINS) , pancreatic,8 cell function index (HOME-β) and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) were determined. Result: The synthetic polyxylose could markedly increase the content of FINS and the content of HOME -β. Meanwhile it couhl significantly reduce postprandial peak plasma glucose levels. The level of FBG was lower in the administration group than in the model group, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion: The synthetic polyxylose could increase the content of FINS and improve the sugar tolerance. The reason may be that the synthetic polyxylose could strengthen the repairing ability of impaired islet cells, and induce the absorbed dose and absorptive rate of glucose in the body.
