摘  要:目的评价对新护士实施反思性教学的效果。方法采用随机数字表法,将127名新护士分为观察组63人和对照组64人。观察组在按照常规带教培训的同时,实施反思性教学。对照组新护士仅按常规方式带教培训。使用中文版评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV量表)调查新护士培训前后及两组护士之间评判性思维能力的得分,进行比较。结果新护士培训后CTDI-CV总分观察组和对照组分别为(302.91±31.267),(289.22±23.443)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.787,P=0.006);培训后观察组和对照组新护士在分析能力、系统化能力、评判思维自信心、求知欲方面的差异具有统计学意义(t值分别为].994,3.058,2.360,2.467;P〈0.05),在寻找真相、开放思想、认知成熟度方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论反思性教学有助于提高新护士评判性思维能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of reflective teaching on the training of new nurses. Methods The study was a randomized clinical trial ( RCT), and 127 new nurses were randomly divided into intervention group ( n = 63 ) and control group ( n = 64 ). The intervention group received reflective teaching, while control group received routine training. The score with the Chinese version of CTDI-CV scale before and after the training of new nurses were observed and compared. Results After the training, the CTDI-CV scores of new nurses in intervention group and control group respectively were ( 302.91± 31. 267 ) and ( 289.22±23. 443 ), and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 2. 787, P = 0. 006 ). And significantly difference was found in the analysis ability, systematic capacity, the self-confidence of judge thinking, curiosity between intervention group and control group ( t = 1. 994,3. 058,2. 360,2. 467, respectively ; P 〈 0.05 ), while no significant difference was found in the search for truth, open thinking, cognitive maturity (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Reflective teaching helps to improve the critical thinking ability of new nurses.
