摘 要:以冰雪条件下冬季北方城市道路交叉口交通流特性为研究对象,通过对冰雪条件和非冰雪条件下交通流数据调查,利用德国PTV公司开发的微观交通仿真系统软件VISSIM为模拟工具,将城市道路交叉口在冰雪条件和非冰雪条件下的交通流数据进行对比分析。研究发现冬季冰雪条件下城市道路交叉口的交通量、行车速度、饱和流率及通行能力等特性参数都显著下降,而行程时间和延误明显增加;并以行程时间和延误为评价指标,通过仿真分析与优化,获得了冰雪条件下城市道路交叉口较为理想的信号配时方案,对冰雪条件下冬季北方城市道路交叉口通行能力提高起到一定的借鉴作用。The paper studies the traffic flow characteristics of the urban road intersections in the winter snow conditions.By the survey of the traffic flow datum between the conditions of snow-and-ice and non-snow-and-ice,these datum were contrasted and analyzed with the VISSIM software which is a microscopic traffic simulation software developed by PTV,Germany.The results showed that traffic volume,traffic speed,saturation flow rate and capacity parameters were significantly decreased for urban road intersections in the winter snow and ice conditions,while the travel time and delays were obviously increased.In this paper,travel time and delay were used as evaluation indicators,and the ideal signal timing plan of the urban road intersections in the snow and ice conditions were obtained through simulation analysis and optimization.This study will help improve the capacity of urban road intersection in winter.
