摘　　要：现代学校管理是一个复杂的系统工程 ,涉及到诸多学科理论与实践 ,本文试从心理学的角度论述现代高校的隐性管理。The adminisfration of modern institutions of higher learning is systems engineering,which concerns theories and practice of many subjects.This article focuses its discussion on the administration of modern institutions of higher learning from the angle of psychology.
