摘  要:由于缺乏对高速电主轴系统特性的完整理解,特别是在实际应用中,因高速电主轴自身的机电耦合失效而在没有任何报警情况下所产生的突发性故障,严重限制了高速电主轴的应用.基于机电系统分析动力学理论,从机电能量转换的机理、耦合磁场所起的传递作用出发,利用变分原理和状态方程建立了机电耦合动力学数学模型;对机电能量的传换,输入电压、电流与输出转矩、转速的相互关系做了量化说明,年用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件进行了仿真.The lack of more complete understanding of the high speed spindle' s system characteristics, particularly in the case of high - speed motorized spindles' sudden catastrophic failures without alarming signs at high speeds due to electromechanical coupling invalidation, the application of high - speed motorized spindles is limited to support manufacturing. Based on the analytical dynamic theory of electromechanical system, according to the mechanical and electrical energy conversion mechanism and coupled magnetic effect of transfer, using variational principle and status equation, a electromechanical coupling dynamic mathematics model was developed. Furthermore, the mechanical- electrical energy conversion , particularly the mutuality between inputing voltage, electric current, outputting torque and rotate speed were quantificational explained, and a MATLAB / Simulink module for simulation was built up.
