大力发展社区教育 推动学习型唐山建设

摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,教育改革的深化,电大教育的重新定位和转型发展成为历史的必然。近年来,唐山广播电视大学从分析唐山市的经济社会发展的战略环境出发,审时度势,抢抓机遇,积极主动地实现发展转型,提出了加快实现"四个转变"、构建"三位一体"办学格局的总体改革思路和办学规划,把"加快发展社区教育"作为学校工作的战略重点之一,使唐山电大在唐山市社区教育工作中发挥了骨干作用,促进了唐山市社区教育工作的全面发展、创新发展,助推唐山市社区教育进入了一个崭新的阶段。With China＇s rapid economic and social development and the deepening of education reform,repositioning and restructuring development of RTVU education becomes a historical necessity. In recent years, Tangshan Radio and TV University, based on the analysis of the strategic environment of economic and social development of the city, sizes up the situation, seizes opportunities and actively pushes forward the development transformation. It puts forward overall reform ideas and educational planning as to accel-erate the realization of the ＂four changes＂ to build the ＂trinity＂ school pattern, treating it as one of the strategic priorities of the school work to ＂accelerate the development of communily education＂, which pro- motes the all-round and innovative development of the community education, helpiing community education to enter a new stage.
