采前喷钙对库尔勒香梨黑心病和贮藏品质的影响

摘　　要：以库尔勒香梨为试材,通过采前对库尔勒香梨喷施0.014%,0.017%,0.020%钙肥,研究采前喷施不同浓度液钙对香梨黑心病和果实采后品质的影响。结果表明,果实座果2～6周内,实施一定浓度的钙肥,能较好地保持果实的硬度,保持较高的可溶性固形物含量、总酸含量、维生素C含量,使细胞保持较好完整性,抑制果实内多酚氧化酶的活性,减少贮藏过程中黑心病和腐烂病的发生,较低浓度的液钙就能起到较好的效果,试验中0.014%浓度的液钙喷施效果最好。Korla Pear was used as test materials in this experiment,which was to investigate the effects of spraying 0. 014%,0. 017%,0. 020% calcium fertilizer before harvest on blackheart and quality of Korla Pear. The result showed that it could keep firmness, higher soluble solid content and total acid content and vitamin C content,also could make the cell complete, and prevent the activity of polyphenol oxidase, and could reduce the occurrence of blackheart and decay during storage by spraying a certain concentration of calcium fertilizer when setting fruit was 2 to 6 weeks. Lower concentrations of liquid calcium would be able to play a better effect, and 0. 014% of concentration of liquid calcium can produce the best effect.
