摘　　要：牡丹籽中富含不饱和脂肪酸及多种药用活性成分,正逐渐受到人们的关注。本文综述了近些年来国内外在牡丹籽药用活性成分、抑菌、抗氧化和防晒特性等方面所取得的研究成果,阐述了牡丹籽油提取及纯化的研究现状,简要分析了牡丹籽及其主要活性成分的发展前景。Peony seed which is rich in unsaturated fatty acid and varieties of bioactive components has important nutritional and pharmaceutical value.Recently,it has got an increasing number of attentions.The article mainly introduced the research status on active pharmaceutical components,antimicrobial activity,antioxidative capacity of Peony seed and its unique function in sun protection.The methods of extraction and purification of Peony seed oil were reviewed and the prospect of Peony seed and its active components was analyzed.
