摘 要:学生评教是当前中国高校普遍采用的保障教学质量的制度措施。但是,这种评教制度合法性充足,可信性和效果却难以保障。在学生单向评教的制度设计下,因学生专业知识的不足以及学习动机和追求目标的差异,使得教师确定的教学内容、方式、考评准则不一定与学生的预期相吻合,学生评教结果很容易产生偏差。因而,需要将学生单向评教的制度转向师生合作的制度设计上来,让师生共同确立教学内容、教学方式以及评价准则,建立和谐的师生关系,激发师生两个主体的积极性,推动教育教学质量的提高。Evaluating teaching from undergraduates is a general system to assure the quality of teaching in China colleges and universities, however, this assessment system cannot ensure adequately the credibility and effect except the legitimacy because of the lack of professional knowledge and the difference of the undergraduates' learning motivation and pursuit of goals. Thus, it is necessary for us to carry out the system cooperated between teachers and students to establish a common teaching contents and methods as well as their evaluation criteria, which set up a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and to improve the quality of education and teaching.
