摘 要:德国和美国企业参与职业教育有着较为悠久的历史,也有着多元的动机诉求、广泛的参与形式以及完善的制度保障,深入研究并总结其主要经验,很有现实意义。应重新认识企业参与职业教育的内涵和重要性,加快完善相关法律法规,明确企业参与职业教育的法定角色,激发其积极性;把行业指导、企业参与的职业教育运行机制作为长效机制来抓。The enterprise-involvement into vocational education in Germany and the USA has a long history, which has diverse motivations with a wide range of forms of participation and a good system. It is of practical significance to study and summarize the practice of the involvement. Therefore, it is suggested that the connotation and importance of enterprise-involvement into vocational education should be reviewed and re-understood so that relevant regulations can be better made to determine the legal role of the enterprises in their participation of vocational education. It is also proposed that the operational mechanism of enterprise-guidance and enterprise-participation vocational education should be practiced as a long-term mechanism.
