摘  要:"他山之石可以攻玉",中国发展校企合作,大可借鉴他国经验。德国"双元制"是享誉世界的校企合作模式,几大主体各自发挥了不可替代的作用。从责任主体的角度进行对照,使"洋为中用"避免了"拿来主义"的错误。"Other people's practices and advices are of help", experiences of other countries ean be drawn to develop the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in China. "Dual system" of German is a famous model in the world, in which some subjects play an irreplaceable role. Through comparing from responsibility subjects, we try to realize "making foreign things serve China" and avoid the "borrowed method".
