早期儒家政治理念中的“止民淫”与“见(现)民欲”——简本《礼记·缁衣》“上人疑”章补释

摘　　要：上博简和郭店简皆有《缁衣》之篇,可以与今本《礼记.缁衣》对读,为我们认识早期儒家思想的变化情况提供了非常宝贵的资料。对于民众的基本认识,早期儒家一方面看到了民众中有"淫"的因素,另一方面是强调在上位者关注民众的合理诉求,即"民欲"。简本"上人疑"章所提到的制止"民淫"与体现"民欲",是早期儒家政治理念的重要论述。The Bamboo Slips at Shanghai Museum and the Guodian Chu Bamboo Slips both contain the piece 'Ziyi',which,when read in contrast with the extant editions,will yield precious materials for understanding the changes in early Confucian thoughts.Early Confucians saw excessive desires on the part of the people on the one hand,and on the other emphasized the reasonable appeals of the people that the superiors concern about them.'Stopping the excesses' and 'complying with the aspirations' mentioned in the chapter 'Shang Ren Yi' of the bamboo slip editions,are important discourses in the political ideas of early Confucians.
