摘　　要：课程考试是课程教学中的一个重要环节,考试的目的、内容、方法等对教学活动的开展具有很强的导向作用。本文针对现行烹饪营养课程考试中存在的问题,重新定位了考试目的,并从考试内容、形式、成绩评价方式等方面实施了改革,促进了教风、学风建设,提高了教学质量和教学效果。The course exam is an important part of teaching,examination purpose,content,and methods of teaching activities carried out with a strong guiding role.For the problems in the existing culinary nutrition course exam,reposition the purpose of examination,and from the implementation of the reform of the exam content,form,and performance evaluation way to promote the teaching style,study style construction to improve the teaching quality and effect.
