摘　　要：中国计量学院民法精品课程在理论教学的基础上,采用案例教学、科研实践、诊所教育等多元化的实践教学模式,注重培养学生运用民法理论解决现实问题的实践能力。总结课程取得的成绩和存在的问题,提出改进教学方法的建议。On the basis of the theoretical teaching,boutique courses ＂Civil Law＂ of the China Jiliang University,use case teaching,research and practice,clinics and education a diversified practice teaching mode,focus on training practical ability of students to use civil law theory to solve practical problems.Summary of courses the achievements and the problems and propose recommendations to improve teaching methods.
