摘　　要：本文阐述了高职院校教师服务企业实践的必要j生。结合化学工程技术学院（以下称“我院”）教师服务企业的实践经验。总结了专业教师借助毕业专题寻求校企合作、依托科研项目服务周边企业以及实施科教服务企业战略，实行校企联合培养人才等多种服务企业的实践模式。高职院校教师服务企业的实践有利于深化校企合作，培养专业技能型人才。This paper describes the need for a service corporate practice of teachers in vocational colleges. Combined with prac- tical experience of faculty service enterprises of Chemical Engineering Institute of Technology（Hereinedter referred to as ＂our col- lege＂）, summed up the practice patterns of professional teachers with the graduation project to seek school-enterprise cooperation, relying on scientific research services surrounding businesses and the implementation of the corporate strategy of technology ser- vices, the implementation of the colleges, enterprises and personnel training and other service enterprises. The corporate practice of teachers in vocational colleges favor deepen the school-enterprise cooperation, training and expertise talent.
