应用型普通高校人力资源管理课程建设的思考

摘　　要：围绕应用型普通高校工商管理专业应用型人才分类培养的目标定位,提出人力资源管理课程的建设目标、指导思想、建设思路及方法路径,探讨深化教学改革、加强教材建设、改进教学评价制度、提高师资队伍水平等课程建设的具体措施。Based on the target of classified training of application-oriented talents majoring in business administration, the paper puts forward the goal, the guiding ideology, the route and the approaches for hu- man resource management curriculum construction. Such construction strategies as to deepen teaching re- form, to perfect teaching materials, to improve teaching evaluation system and to raise teachers＇ professional level are also given deep concern in the paper.
