高校辅导员多元化育人机制探析——基于生活教育的视角

摘　　要：生活教育理论是陶行知先生在教育实践中的理性认识和经验总结,"生活即教育"、"社会即学校"、"教学做合一"是其教育思想的理论精髓。本文以陶行知生活教育理论为指导,将这三大基本理论运用到高校辅导员工作中,确立思想政治教育培养理念,拓展培养渠道,丰富培养办法,实现多元化的育人机制创新,拓宽大学生思想政治教育工作的路径,提高思想政治教育工作质量。The life education theory is the rational knowledge and experience summary on Mr. Tao Xingzhi＇s education practice, the essence of which is ＂Life is education＂,＂Society is school＂ and ＂Uniting teaching,learning and doing＂. Based on Tao Xingzhi＇s life education theory,this paper use three basic theory into the College Counselors work, establishing the concept of ideological and political education, expanding training channels, riching culture approach,and finally innovate diversified education mechanisms, broaden the path of the ideological and political education, improve the quality of the work of ideological and political education.
