新形势下边远地区民族医学院校党员教师党性和师德师风建设对策研究

摘　　要：高校是培养高级人才的地方,想要培养出高素质人才教师是关键,高校党员教师更是在其中发挥主要作用。高校党员教师具有好的党性修养和师德师风才能为祖国培养高素质人才。新形势下,经济体制转轨和利益重新调整,中国特色社会主义事业走向了新阶段,这使加强边远地区民族医学院校党员教师党性和师德师风建设更为迫切。本研究针对这一建设提出了几点对策。Where is training senior talents in colleges and universities, trying to cultivate talents with high quality teachers are key, in which the CPC Member teachers in colleges and universities are playing a major role. CPC Member teachers in colleges and universities have good party spirit, and of teachers＇ morality in order to cultivate high-quality talents for our country. Under the new situation, economic system transition and readjustment of interests, the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics to the new stage, ethnic medicine in remote areas which strengthen party spirit and teachers＇ ethics construction of college teachers with party membership even more urgent. Several points were raised in this study for the construction of this response.
