大学教师网络教学现状调查研究——以南京高校为对象

摘　　要：教师是影响高校网络教学开展的一个十分重要的关键因素。本研究以南京市普通高校中开展网络教学的教师群体为对象,采用了问卷调查和深度访谈的方法,对当前普通高校教师从事网络教学的总体现状进行了系统调研。研究发现,大学教师开展网络教学的动机具有多样性;被调查教师周围同事大都没有积极、经常性地开展网络教学;所在学校相关管理部门大都对网络教学采取(口头/文件)提倡但不强制的政策,且为教师提供的培训/支持/服务非常有限;教师在网络教学的时间和精力(工作量)投入方面表现出明显的不一致性;在阻碍高校教师开展网络教学的因素中,排在前三项的分别是:时间/精力,政策/培训/支持和平台问题,而知识产权因素的影响最小;具有海外经历的教师,其网络教学行为会越主动、积极;经常开展网络教学的教师和从事网络教学时间较长的教师,无论在态度、观念还是在网络教学行为方面,都比其他教师更正向、积极。针对上述结论,研究者提出了改进大学教师网络教学现状的八条建议。Faculty is a very important factor to the success of online teaching. Taking the faculty members from uni- versities of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province as the samples, we made a regional survey via questionnaire and in-depth in- terviews from Jan. to Mar. in 2012. Results show that 1 ） faculty＇s motivations in taking on online instruction vary a great deal ; 2 ） most faculty members are not active in online instruction ; 3 ） the administration policy of online in- struction is not compelling, with limited training and support to faculty; 4） faculty members＇ workloads of online in- struction also differ a great deal ; 5 ） the three main barriers of online instruction are time/energy, policy/train/support and platform, while intellectual property is the least mentioned; 6 ） faculty members who have overseas experiences are more active in online instruction; 7 ） faculty members who often practice online instruction are more active whether in perception, attitude or behaviors. In the end, we propose eight suggestions for improving the status of university on- line instruction.
