摘 要:科技人才作为专业化的人力资源,其敬业度水平与其工作绩效和组织绩效密切相关。本文通过对广东252名科技人才进行问卷调查,基于统计数据,分析科技人才敬业度现状及其影响因素,并从心理收入、薪酬待遇、组织管理、个人成长和职业发展、工作环境等五个方面,提出提升科技人才敬业度的策略建议。As professional human resources, scientific and technological talents are the backbone of social innovation and technological improvement. They are also the key factors in organizing innovation and development and in aquiring economic profit. The level ofthe talents' engagement with their work is closely related with their work efficiency and organization efficiency. Based on statistical data from a questionnaire survey of 252 scientific and technological talents in Guangdong province, this paper would analyze the status quo and the influencing factors of talents' engagement with their work from the following five aspects: psychological income, salary, organization and management, personal growth and career development, work environment, then it will propose certain strategical suggestions to enhance talents' work engagement.
