摘 要:通过对全国十省市高中数学课程改革实施情况的调研发现,在数学模块课程实施中出现了课程理想与实施行为的背离,这是教师对数学新课程的阻抗。形成阻抗的原因主要有:教师教学和学生学习习惯、数学课程内容容量过大、考试评价的制约以及教师所拥有的知识不能适应新课程教学要求等。减少或消除教师对数学新课程的阻抗,既要从高中数学教学的现实出发,修改模块课程的设计,也要根据模块课程的设计要求来改造当下高中数学教学现实。Through the investigation of high school curriculum reform implementation in ten provinces (cities) all over our country, we have discovered that the implementation of the mathematics module curriculum reform deviates from its original goals. This is because the teachers are reluctant to work with the new mathematics curriculum. The main reasons for this reluctance are listed as follows: First, it changes the habit of teachers' instruction and students' learning in a great way. Second, the amount of teaching content is too large to be accomplished. Third, the restriction of the evaluation system and the knowledge range of teachers cannot adapt to the new curriculum teaching. To eliminate teachers' resistance, we should the modify design of the module curriculum from the reality of mathematics education and adapt the reality to the design requirements of the module curriculum as well.
