摘  要:1575年建立的荷兰莱顿大学是欧洲著名大学之一。17世纪莱顿大学的学术职业获得繁荣发展,主要呈现以下特点:从外部保障条件来说,该校学术职业不仅拥有崇高的社会地位,获得世界知名学者的加盟,还享有优越的职业待遇;从内部的学术尊重来讲,该校学术职业不但获得先进科研、教学发展条件,还享受自由的学术氛围。本文在具体分析近代莱顿大学学术职业繁荣的相关特点基础上,对我国高校与教师的互动关系、学术职业的自由性和纯粹性等问题进行思考,以期能为我国高校学术职业发展提供参考。As a new social professional type, academic profession was formed in medieval Europe. Set up in 1575, Leiden University was one of the famous universities in Europe. In the 17th century, the academic profession in Leiden University was very prosperous and mainly had the following features: From outside security conditions, it not only had high social status, stable organization guarantee, but also got the world famous scholars to join, and then Leiden University got great international reputation. What' s more, the scholars had a good professional treat- ment in Leiden University, it provided guarantee for the academic professional team; from the interior academic re- spect, it acquired advanced scientific research and teaching development conditions, scholars enjoyed the free academic atmosphere in this University, such as freedom right of religion, scientific research and teaching. Based on the analysis of the Leiden University' s academic professional characteristics, this paper will reflect on these problems: the interaction between university and teacher, academic professional freedom and pureness. The authors hope this information would provide some good suggestions for our country college academic Profession development.
