摘　　要：从面向终身学习的设计理论和原则入手,通过分析泛在学习的特征以及远程教育的模式,设计了一种面向终身学习的泛在学习远程教育系统,并对系统的构建进行了详细描述,使终身学习、泛在学习和远程教育三者整合为一个整体的系统工程。这个过程需要不断拓展系统中的各个组成部分,以适应不断向前发展的技术和不断变化的学习理念。This paper started from the design of theory and principle on the lifelong learning,through the analysis of characteristics of ubiquitous learning and the mode of distance education,designed a ubiquitous learning distance education system for lifelong learning,and the system was described in detail,maked the lifelong learning,ubiquitous learning and distance education into a whole system engineering.The process needed to continue to expand the system components in order to adapt the continuous development of the technology and the changing concept of learning.
