A Research on the Relationship among Pronunciation Strategies, Motivations and Acquisition Improvements

摘  要:通过问卷和前后两次语音测试对86名英语专业大一学生的语音能力提高幅度、动机水平及学习策略三个方面进行调查。随后先通过独立样本T检验,对提高组和对照组若干因素进行对比,所得到的结果显示差异显著的有工具型动机、元认知策略和超音段及音质策略;再通过多元回归分析发现,对发音能力的提高有显著作用的是元认知策略和超音段及音质策略。The research was conducted through a questionnaire and two pronunciation tests arranged successively to collect data on learning strategies, motivation and English pronunciation improvement of 86 freshmen of English majors. In the analysis, an independent T test was carried out to compare fac- tors between the Improved Group and Comparing Group. And the result revealed that instrumental mo- tivation, metacognitive and suprasegmental and voice quality strategies were significantly different be- tween the groups. Then, a regression analysis was implemented and it demonstrated that two strate- gies, meta-cognitive and suprasegmental and voice quality, contributed most to the development of pro- nunciation ability.
