摘　　要：随着社会信息化程度不断加深,实施大学生信息素养教育已成为世界各国的广泛共识。但对于民族地区师范院校来说,大学生信息素养教育还处于起步阶段。要开展大学生信息素养教育,追赶信息时代的步伐,要解放思想,形成科学的管理实施机制,加强教师队伍建设,大力建设信息素养教育环境。With the social information degree is deepened ceaselessly, the information literacy education of university students has become a world wide consensus.But for the information literacy education of normal university in minority area,the college stu-dents＇ information literacy education is still in the initial stage. To carry out the information literacy education for university students, chasing the pace of the information age, liberate a thought, establish scientific management mechanism, strengthening the teachers team construction, promote the constnlction of information literacy education environment.
