摘　　要：对河南省法学教育现状的准确把握是确定河南省法学教育发展目标和发展道路的前提与基础。经过多年的发展,河南法学教育已经具有了相当的规模、完备的办学层次、较强的师资力量和较合理的培养目标,但各法学院系发展并不均衡,且与国内高等教育发达地区相比仍有一定差距。The correct understanding of current situation of Legal undergraduate education in Henan is a premise and basis for setting up developmental goals and roads of Legal education.After years of development.Legal education in Henan has a large scale,full levels,an outstanding faculty and reasonable training objectives.But the development of schools and departments of law in Henan has been unbalanced,and there is still a large gap between Henan and the regions with advanced higher education in China.
