摘　　要：推广了Kaplansky提出的一个重要定理,由此证明了一般的非交换环中半素理想都包含在素理想中,并分别给出了交换环的理想是半素理想和其环是半素环的充要条件.In this paper,we generalize an important theorem given by Kaplansky in his monograph. We prove that every semiprime ideal in non - commutative rings is contained in a prime ideal by the generalized theorem. More-over, some characterizations of semiprime ideas and semiprime rings for commutative tings are given.
