摘　　要：当前,在我国职业教育管理"地方化"的趋势下,地方行政领导者职业教育管理能力的重要性日益凸显,协调力是其中重要内容之一。从地方行政领导者职业教育管理协调力的概念、主体、客体、路径等出发,综合分析地方行政领导如何提升职业教育管理协调力,以保证我国职业教育的健康发展。In the localization trend of occupation education management,local administrative leader vocational education management bulks large.Coordination capacity is an important part.This thesis comprehensive analysis the concept,subject,object and the method of local administrative leader’s vocational education management and coordination capacity,to enhance the capacity and ensure the healthy development of vocational education in our country.
