摘　　要：大凡成功的教育者都具备了教书育人的细节化意识,因此每位教师都可以凭借三尺讲台,总结出行之有效的课堂教学细节化的方法,其实践意义在于:小课堂能够发挥以小见大的育人功能,如果教师们都具备了这种教学细节化的意识,那么尽管他们所授课程的着力点不同,但着力对象却是一致的,当这些众多的教学细节着力点聚焦于学子们身上时,其发挥的教育功能就是神奇非凡的了,即"随风潜入夜,润物细无声"。Generally, successful educators have the awareness of details in imparting knowledge and educating people. If all the teachers have it, no matter what subject they teach, no doubt they can allow classroom to bring huge educational function into play. This paper summarizes three effective methods of detailing classroom teaching, and analyzes its practical significance and value.
