摘　　要：作为科技第一生产力与人才第一资源相结合的高等教育在推进文化传承创新、建设社会主义强国进程中居于特殊的重要地位。文化传承创新是高校的立校之本,是提升高校核心竞争力的根本所在,也是高校党建的时代要求。高校党建工作要把文化传承创新贯穿于人才培养、科学研究、服务社会这三项职能之中;要把提升大学精神、办学理念、校训、校风、管理理念作为文化传承创新与高校党建共建共荣的结合点;要以校园文化建设为重要阵地,创新党建工作思路,使高等教育质量在文化传承创新实践中得到升华。focusing on the combination of science and technology as the primary productive forces and the talent resource as the primary resource, higher education plays an important role in advancing innovative inheritance of culture and building a strong socialist country. The innovative inheritance of culture is fundamental to the establishment of colleges and their core competitiveness and also requirement of the times for college Party building. The college Party building should be carried out throughout the personnel training, scientific research and social service. The improvement of college spirit, its educational philosophy, motto, ethos and management concepts should be taken as the medium of the innovative inheritance of culture and the party building. Finally, cultural development on campus should be made into an important position and working ideas innovation for the Party building should be developed to enhance the quality of higher education through the practice of innovative cultural inheritance.
