摘 要:内涵发展督导评估指标体系的构建应遵循全面性原则、增值性原则、过程性原则、权重合理分配原则和实效性原则。学校内涵发展督导评估指标体系分为办学方向、师资队伍、课程实施、学生发展、学校文化、办学特色6个一级指标、22个二级指标、62个三级指标。指标体系的实施由操作系统、工作程序和等级划分构成。To construct evaluation index system of schoolconnotation development should follow the princi- ple of comprehensiveness, value--added principle, procedural principle, the weight distribution principle and principle of effectiveness. The evaluation index system of school connotation development is divided into the direction of running a school, teachers troop, curriculum implementation, student development, school culture and school running characteristic of six primary index, 22 secondary index, 62 three-level indicators. The implementation of the index system is consisted of the operating system, working proce- dures and hierarchies.
