一起亚硝酸钠中毒事故的调查

摘　　要：目的对一起食物中毒的原因进行分析,防止和杜绝事故的再次发生。方法采用现场卫生学调查、流行病学分析、实验室检测等方法。结果该事故为一起因暂时停水,引起的车间除锈用亚硝酸钠蓄水池水,由进水管虹吸返流至饮用水管,污染饮用水所致的食物中毒。结论应加强多渠道宣传,提高各类人员对亚硝酸盐中毒的认识,卫生监督部门要加强培训和监督工作,企业要加强对亚硝酸盐规范管理,严禁工业用水与生活饮用水共用同一水源,以消除这类事件或其他危害职工身体健康的事件发生。OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes of food-poisoning, to prevent and eliminate the similar accident. METHODS Used scene hygienic investigation, epidemiological analysis, laboratory detection and so on. RESULTS The food- poisoning event was caused by the polluted water with sodium nitrite from the reservior. The sodium nitrite water was siphoned from supply water pipe to drinking water pipe by temporary stop water. CONCLUSION More propagandas should be strengthened, the all population should improve the knowledge of the sodium nitrite intoxication. The health supervision department should strength training and inspection works. The enterprise should strength the management of sodium nitrite, the same water source should be forbidden to be used as industry water and drinking water in order to eliminate the accident and the similar accident of hazarding wokers＇ health.
