摘　　要：与宏观的大学制度相对应,作为微观的大学制度的高职院校内部管理体制,是高职院校内部管理组织机构与管理规范的结合体或统一体。高职院校内部管理体制改革是大学自身发展逻辑和社会环境两种力量相互协调和作用的结果。我国高职院校内部管理体制改革应遵循利益相关者权力平衡与制约的逻辑,从改革内部管理机构与内部管理规范两个方面入手,坚持完善领导体制、理顺执行体制、加强咨询体制、改善反馈体制的基本理念,加强以章程为统领的学校管理制度体系建设,构建高职院校理事会平台和构建校、院两级管理模式,建立多方共同参与的监督反馈体制,从而推动微观层面的高职特色现代大学制度的建立。Corresponding with macro college system,the in ternal management system of higher vocational colleges is an integration of the institutional framework and management norm. The internal management system reform of higher vocational colleges is the result of mutual coordination and influence between the developing logic of college itself and the social environment, and should conform to balance and restriction logic of stakeholders. The reform should start from internal management organizations and norms ,perfecting leadership system,straightening out implementation system,strengthening consultation system and improving feedback system. At the same time colleges should construct higher vocational college council platform and two-level college management model, and establish multi-party participation and feedback system as well so as to promote the establishment of modern college system with higher vocational college characteristics.
