藏灵菇发酵乳中醋酸菌的分离纯化与鉴定

摘　　要：从藏灵菇中分离出醋酸菌株FJAT-13797,利用形态学观察、生理生化和16SrDNA方法对其进行细菌学鉴定,菌体形态为圆端直杆,单个或成对,无芽孢,其生理生化特征与醋杆菌属(Acetobacter)基本一致。经16SrDNA基因序列同源性比较和系统发育分析,菌株FJAT-13797鉴定为东方醋酸菌(Acetobacter orientalis)。One Acetobacter strain,FJAT-13797,was isolated from Tibetan kefir.The image under scanning electronic microscope showed that the bacterium was rod-shaped with round ends,and presented in single or pairs without spores.The strain showed the bio-chemical properties of Acetobacter spp.The 16S rDNA sequence analysis indicated that the strain,FJAT-13797,belonged to Acetobacter orientalis.
