摘　　要：随着高职院校的不断发展,高职院校食品专业学生已经成为我国食品工业的主力军,对高职院校食品专业学生技能竞赛的重要性、存在的问题及其可行性措施进行了系统论述。With development of vocational school, the students of food professional in vocational have become main force of food industry. The importance of vocational food students on skill competition, existing problems and feasibility analysis are discussed systematically.
