摘　　要：本文研究了一种带有扩散项的布鲁塞尔数学模型.利用有限元方法,给出了其求解的离散过程.在此基础上,提出了用遗传算法和信赖域联合反演布鲁塞尔模型参数的方法,数值模拟说明该算法的可行性及有效性.In the paper, we study the Brusselator with diffusion model. By using the finite element method, we give the solution of the discrete process. On this basis, the genetic algorithm （GA） and the trust region method （TRM） are fully used in parameter inversion of Brusselator model. Numerical simulation shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
