摘 要:目的调查西藏高原某三级甲等医院临床护士离职意愿和工作满意度现状及两者之间的关系。方法采用离职意愿量表和Mecloskey/Mueller满意度量表,对西藏高原某三级甲等医院244名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果离职意愿总均分为(11.42±4.24)分,指标值为47.58%;护士工作满意度平均得分为(3.29±0.57)分;工作满意度8个维度得分最低为工作与家庭的平衡;不同年龄、学历、月均夜班数护士的工作满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作满意度各维度与离职意愿呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论医院管理者可以采取一系列措施提高护士工作满意度,进而降低护士离职意愿。Objective To investigate the status and correlation of turnover intention and job satisfaction of clinical nurses in a 3A - level hospital in Tibet plateau. Methods A total of 244 clinical nurses in a 3A - level hospital in Tibet plateau were recruited and investigated with turnover intention scale and Mc- Closkey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale (MMSS). Results The mean score of turnover intention was ( 11.42 ± 4.24) , and the index value was 47.58%. The mean score of nurses'job satisfaction was ( 3.29 ± 0.57 ). The lowest score of 8 dimensions of job satisfaction was the balance of work and family. The job satisfaction of nurses with different age, education and the number of monthly average night shift was significant difference ( P 〈 O. 05 ). All dimensions of job satisfaction were negatively correlated with the turnover intention ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hospital managers should take a series of measures to improve nurses'job satisfaction, and reduce nurses'turnover intention.
